Diane Michael is a twenty-seven year resident of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She began her career in training as a member of the Boddie-Noell Enterprises management and supervision team where she spent nineteen years. During her tenure at Boddie-Noell she taught management training at Nash Technical Community College. Diane worked in Roanoke, Virginia where she trained managers in budgeting, payroll, inventory, employee management, and responsibility delegation. She worked with underperforming stores to create turnaround strategies and assist struggling managers. She also assisted in the implementation of new products and assisted in openings of new locations.
For the past eleven years, Diane has worked with local BNI chapters training members in presentation and leadership skills. Through BNI, she has also assisted chapters in individual and group leadership team training in how to operate an effective and successful chapter.
